Brian C. Randall is a shareholder at Friebert, Finerty & St. John, where he focuses on municipal matters including land use, zoning, permitting, occupancy and real estate development work as well as property assessment objections, licensing issues and applications. Brian also handles civil litigation cases.

In 2007, 2008 and 2009, Brian was named as a land use/zoning Rising Star in the Wisconsin Super Lawyers publication by Law & Politics and Milwaukee Magazine. Brian is AV® Peer Rated by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory receiving a 5.0 out of 5.0 Preeminent™ rating which is the highest possible and a testament to the fact that his peers rank him at the highest level of professional excellence.

Having once served as a United States Senate Page, Brian continues to pursue his interest in politics with his municipal law and election law practice. Brian has monitored polling locations, handled numerous election recounts, advised groups or candidates on election law compliance issues and represented those on both sides of recall petition and nomination paper challenges. Brian is the Campaign Treasurer for several local officials.

After graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Communication Arts and Political Science, Brian attended Marquette University Law School where he was Executive Editor of the Marquette Sports Law Journal.

Brian is admitted to practice before the bars of the State of Wisconsin and U.S. District Court (Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, and Northern District of Illinois) and is a member of the Milwaukee, Wisconsin and American Bar Associations.

Brian, his wife Amy and son Nicholas live in the Milwaukee suburb of Wauwatosa. Brian was appointed to the Wauwatosa Redevelopment Authority in 2002, the Wauwatosa Youth Commission in 2004, and to the Board of Zoning Appeals in 2005.

Brian’s professional affiliations include memberships in the Tavern League of Wisconsin, the Wisconsin Restaurant Association and the Wauwatosa West Suburban Association of Commerce, for which he was elected to its Board of Directors in 2010.

Brian is also a past-President of the Wisconsin Alumni Association: Milwaukee Chapter and has served on its Board of Directors since 2001. As Badger alumni, he and Amy hold football season tickets and enjoy attending games in Madison during the fall. They also golf together whenever they can and enjoy taking Nicholas up north to spend as much time as possible at the family lake property.
