Lawrence J. Glusman is a shareholder at Friebert, Finerty & St. John, S.C. His practice focuses on commercial lending, real estate and creditors’ rights in transactions, litigation, bankruptcy and receivership.

Larry received his undergraduate degree in public policy studies from Duke University in 1988. Larry graduated cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1995. He served as the Senior Administrative Editor of the Wisconsin Law Review and published a Comment entitled “It’s My Copy, Right? Music Industry Power to Control Growing Resale Markets in Used Digital Audio Recordings.” Larry clerked for the Honorable Stephen A. Felsenthal, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas.

Larry is a member of the Wisconsin, Milwaukee, Seventh Circuit and American Bar Associations, the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Thomas E. Fairchild Inn of Court. Larry presently serves as a board member of Partnership for the Arts and Creative Excellence and the Hmong Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce. Larry is a musician and active in the Milwaukee music community.
