Christopher M. Meuler has been with Friebert, Finerty & St. John, S.C. since 2001 and maintains a general litigation practice with emphasis in the areas of eminent domain, construction, and business litigation.
In addition to his litigation practice, Chris continues to pursue his interest in politics with a concentration in election law. He has worked on numerous election recounts and nomination paper challenges. Chris is admitted to practice before all Wisconsin state courts, as well as Wisconsin's federal district courts, and is a member of the Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and American Bar Associations.
After graduating from Marquette University in 1996 with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Political Science, Chris worked on the 1996 Clinton/Gore presidential campaign, followed by work in governmental affairs. He then served as a high school teacher for before attending the University of Wisconsin Law School, where he was a member of the International Law Journal and the mock trial team.
Born and raised here in Milwaukee, Chris maintains strong roots in this community. When he's not working, he enjoys soccer, running, and traveling. Chris also serves as the firm's resident pop culture expert, often amazing colleagues with his knowledge of obscure movie and television trivia.
