Friebert, Finerty and St. John, S.C. represents clients in all aspects of divorce proceedings, with a principal focus on complex financial and property division matters. Our firm's breadth of litigation experience beyond family law allows for comprehensive analysis and presentation of clients' cases that is not available in many family law firms. Firm members have backgrounds in accounting, business evaluation, and bankruptcy practice. Tom St. John, heading our family law group, is a civil litigator with an MBA who passed the CPA exam while in graduate school. He has been named as one of Milwaukee's "Best Lawyers" by Milwaukee Magazine in each of the issues in which it has made such selections, beginning in 1985. In 2005, the first year of the "Super Lawyers" survey in Wisconsin, he was named one of the top 10 lawyers in the state.
